- Each employee’s summaries stay private to their account
- Daily limits reset at 12 a.m. in each person’s saved time zone
No automatic overages or unused-minute rollover. A person’s calls pause when their daily allowance is used; all team calls pause when the shared pool is used or reserved by active calls. Renewals reset the pool only while billing remains active.
